Susan H. Emmons, 49, passed away on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at home in Kearny, NJ.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit at the Thiele-Reid Family Funeral Home, 585 Belgrove Drive, Kearny, NJ on Friday, February 13 from 3 to 7 p.m. The funeral service will be held in the funeral home on Saturday morning, February 14 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ.

Born in Belleville, NJ, Miss Emmons was a lifelong resident of Kearny.

Susan was a member of Pathways to Independence in Kearny and Hudson Milestones in Jersey City, NJ.

She is survived by her brother, Dr. Michael Emmons and his wife, Dr. Gina Emmons and her two beloved nieces, Amelia and Lilianne Emmons.

Susan was predeceased by her parents, John H. and Siegrid (Lerch) Emmons.
